Randall N. Wolfe, Director

​

Senior Lecturer at the University of Dayton, Dr. Randall Wolfe teaches piano, music theory, piano literature, piano repertoire, and Music of Christmas. Dr. Wolfe is conductor of the Schubert Chorale in northern Cincinnati, an occasional service pianist for the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, and a regular choral adjudicator for Music in the Parks at Kings Island. He maintains a private studio at his residence in Mason, Ohio.

Winner of three national piano competitions, he has performed as a soloist and accompanist throughout the United States and abroad, including concerts in New York’s Carnegie Hall and Washington, D.C.’s Constitution Hall.

 

He served as music director and pianist for the Cincinnati Boychoir, giving over 1000 performances in 23 states and 4 foreign countries, ensemble performances in 7 additional countries, and concerts by members serving in the Vienna Boys Choir in 24 additional countries. The mayor proclaimed "Randall Wolfe Day in Cincinnati" in honor of twenty years of service to the boychoir. During his tenure, Dr. Wolfe grew the boychoir into a three-tiered program, led a capital campaign to secure the organization's first permanent home, conducted the choir in symphony, television and radio performances, and established a partner relationship with the Vienna Boys Choir in Austria.

He also taught at Sinclair Community College, Indiana Wesleyan University, Central State University, Northwest High School, Pleasant Run Middle School, and Delhi Junior High School.
